Built by a comfort advisor who hated the clipboard

Cal Brennecke sold residential replacements in Tulsa for eleven years. He was good at it, and he still lost a third of his kitchen tables to the same silence after the same single number.

In 2021 he started showing homeowners three options on a legal pad, each with a monthly payment worked out on his phone. His close rate went from 38 to 61 percent in a summer. Naomi Amaya, who had built pricing systems for a building supplier, turned the legal pad into software that winter.

Quotient still works out of a brick warehouse on East 5th Street, three blocks from the first shop that used it. Half the people here have worked in the trade.

How we work

Four rules we hold ourselves to

They decide most arguments here before they start.

  • The table is the product

Every screen is judged at a kitchen table at 6:00 PM, on one bar of signal, with a homeowner reading over the tech's shoulder.

  • Your price book is the truth

We never invent a price, a margin or a part. If a number is on a proposal, it came from your book.

  • The homeowner decides

No countdown timers, no fake discounts, no pressure. Three honest options and a monthly number, then quiet.

  • Someone always picks up

Support is a phone number answered in Tulsa from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT, by people who have run a dispatch board.
